Talmai Rodrigues Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Talmai began their career at IMPAC® Integrated Control Systems, Inc. in 2004 as an Operational Consultant, where they worked until 2008. Talmai then moved on to Celerant Consulting, where they held the same role from 2008 to 2009. As a Commercial Lead for a startup called EuroXchange, they were responsible for developing business strategies and marketing strategies from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, Talmai joined CPI Consulting as a Project Manager and worked there until 2011. Talmai then joined bol.com as a Project Lead for the Merchant Platform Content Tools. During their time at bol.com from 2011 to 2018, they collaborated with stakeholders from various teams and was responsible for developing and implementing user interface improvements for the Merchant platform.

From 2016 to 2019, Talmai worked at Looque as a Supplier and Catalogue Manager, acting as an intermediary between wholesalers and platforms like bol.com. Talmai then moved on to iBOOD.com in 2018, where they served as a Business Developer, prioritizing organizational improvements and supporting the implementation of OGSM.

Since 2019, Talmai has been employed at International Card Services. Talmai initially worked as a Product Owner for Dev/Ops Implementation, responsible for implementing Dev/Ops methodologies and improving stability. Later, they became a Lead Product Owner for Feature teams and oversaw the delivery of various consumer cards issuing functionalities. Currently, Talmai holds the position of Product Owner ECM Domain at International Card Services, where they are responsible for delivering self-service functionalities, customer care, and coaching teams for aligned roadmaps.

Talmai Rodrigues Pereira obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam (HES) in the years 1998 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Organisational Studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2006 to 2008.
