Ben Higgs

Ben Higgs is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at the International Carwash Association since April 2024. Prior roles include Manager of Learning & Development at PCMI Corporation, where Ben launched PCMI University and developed onboarding programs, and Regional Performance Manager at Dealer-FX Group, Inc., where oversight of 100 accounts was key to enhancing ROI and operational success. With a strong background in training and consulting, spanning positions at vAuto Inc., ADP Dealer Services, and Arbitron Inc., Ben has consistently focused on maximizing client performance and satisfaction. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University.
