Adam Silk

Adam Silk serves as the Head of Central Operations at International Cat Care, a position held since April 2017, overseeing Customer Service, Website & IT, and Salesforce teams to enhance customer experiences and drive data-led decisions. Previous roles within the organization include Head of Business Improvement, where Adam focused on cost reduction and impact enhancement, and Head of Membership, Community & Knowledge, achieving significant increases in membership and implementing key IT and compliance initiatives. Adam's photography career initiated in 2015 with Fx92 Photography, transitioning from family and wedding photography to stock landscape and wildlife imagery. Prior experience includes roles in business consulting, account management, customer service, and governance positions within charitable organizations. Adam holds a degree from Aberystwyth University.
