Simone Souto

Simone Souto is a Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the International Center for Transitional Justice. Prior to this, Simone worked as a Project Manager at Misión de Observación Electoral MOE, and held various roles at different organizations such as Universidad de Los Andes, Universidad El Bosque, Centro Nacional de Consultoría, and the State Human Rights Secretary of Rio de Janeiro. Simone holds a PhD in Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes, a Master's degree in Political Science from The New School, and a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
