Brian Delicata

Brian Delicata is an experienced technology consultant with a focus on the development and management of web, mobile, and enterprise applications for diverse clientele across North America and Europe since December 2013. Currently serving as an IT Consultant for the International Centre for Migration Policy Development since May 2016, Brian previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Malta Enterprise from November 2010 to November 2013, where leadership and strategy for the ICT environment were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Brian owned a technology consultancy specializing in project management and online media services from September 2001 to December 2010, and has held various IT roles since the mid-1990s, including positions with NEM Solutions and Malta External Trade Corporation. Brian Delicata holds a Master’s degree in Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship from the University of Malta, completed in 2016.
