Houyem Ghediri is a project assistant currently employed at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) since November 2023. Previously, Houyem worked as a youth researcher at Making Cents International and held multiple roles at Chemonics International, including project assistant and workforce development intern, contributing to the implementation of the USAID-funded "Tunisia Jobs, Opportunities and Business Success" project. Additionally, Houyem gained experience as a research and outreach intern at the World Youth Alliance, conducting research and facilitating outreach campaigns, and served as an election commission intern at the Johnson County Courthouse during the 2020 Presidential Primary Elections. Houyem completed a licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from the Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d'Administration des Entreprises de Tunis and undertook non-degree studies in Political Science and International Studies at the University of Central Missouri.
