Jadwiga Fila is a MEL Officer at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) since June 2025, previously serving as a Data Analyst at ACAPS from February 2024 to March 2025. Jadwiga contributed as an Expert in the Council of Europe's Pool of Experts on Youth from October 2022 to January 2024, providing research and analysis within a partnership with the European Commission. As Chief Researcher at the Polish National Agency of the Erasmus+ Program from October 2018 to January 2024, Jadwiga led qualitative and quantitative research initiatives in education.
