Caroline MacDonald

Caroline MacDonald is currently the Head of National Committees Engagement at the International Chamber of Commerce. Caroline is also the Principal at East, West & Everything in Between, where Caroline works as a public speaking coach and consultant. Previously, Caroline has held roles such as R&D Project Director at haxio talent, Director of Advancement at the American School of Paris, and International Employer Engagement Lead at HEC Paris. Caroline has also managed the Chevening Scholarships Programme and International Leaders Programmes in Brazil for the UK government, as well as worked as the Executive Director at TEDxMIA. With a background in marketing, promotions, and media relations, Caroline is a well-rounded professional with a diverse skill set.
