Emmanuel Jolivet has extensive experience in the field of law, currently serving as General Counsel at the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Court of Arbitration since November 1996. In addition to this role, Emmanuel holds positions as Deputy Director of the International Centre for ADR and previously worked as Policy Manager, serving as Secretary for multiple ICC commissions focused on commercial law and marketing.
