Emmanuel Jolivet

Emmanuel Jolivet has extensive experience in the field of law, currently serving as General Counsel at the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Court of Arbitration since November 1996. In addition to this role, Emmanuel holds positions as Deputy Director of the International Centre for ADR and previously worked as Policy Manager, serving as Secretary for multiple ICC commissions focused on commercial law and marketing. Emmanuel's academic contributions include serving as a Law Professor at UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and as a Lecturer at Sciences Po and the French University of Armenia. Previous professional experience includes roles as a Legal Intern at Saint-Gobain Vetrotex International and as a University Lecturer at IDAI. Emmanuel's educational background includes a PhD in Law from the University of Montpellier and an Erasmus Licence de droit from the University of Leeds.
