Roula Khaled

Roula Khaled is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, compliance, and telecommunications. Currently serving as the General Counsel and Head of the Legal and Compliance Department at Khazna Data Centers since May 2022, Roula is also a Telecommunications Expert for the International Chamber of Commerce and a Senior Member at LIFE Lebanon. Additional roles include faculty member at the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) and delegate/alumni of the International Visitor Leadership Program. Previously, Roula held senior legal counsel positions at IBM and Majid Al Futtaim, focusing on complex transactions and operational agreements across multiple jurisdictions. Roula's legal career began at Etisalat, where significant contributions included mergers and acquisitions. With an educational background in law and business from prominent Lebanese universities, Roula Khaled blends legal expertise with a deep understanding of the telecommunications sector.
