Solange Harpham is currently the Global Policy Manager for Sustainability (Minerals) at the International Chamber of Commerce, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Solange served as the Head of Environment and Transition Minerals at the Paris Peace Forum from July 2023 to July 2025, where the primary achievement included leading a multi-stakeholder initiative on responsible minerals and managing the Global Council for Responsible Transition Minerals. Solange's previous experience includes positions as a Policy Officer at the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Editor and Translator at UNESCO, International Security & Risks Analyst at Société Générale, and various roles within French governmental ministries. Solange holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and has pursued additional education in massage therapy and Japanese language studies.
