Andrew Roy possesses extensive expertise in aviation spectrum management, holding key leadership roles such as Chair and Vice Chair of the ICAO Frequency Spectrum Management Panel, and Director of Engineering at Aviation Spectrum Resources, Inc. Since 2015, Andrew has chaired the ICAO panel focused on the assessment and protection of the frequency spectrum used in civilian aviation. Additional roles include serving as Executive Secretary for the US Aeronautical Frequency Committee and as a Special Government Employee for the NTIA's Commerce Spectrum Management Advisory Committee. Andrew's past positions also encompass chairing ITU-R working groups on aeronautical systems, as well as project management and engineering leadership within the UK defense sector.
