Ray Reynolds

Ray Reynolds is an experienced Application Support Officer at The International Civil Aviation Organization since June 2007, where responsibilities include planning, directing, and providing expert advice on enterprise systems and projects affecting critical services. In a previous role as Acting Head of Core Service and Infrastructure Management, Ray led the development and maintenance of core services and supervised teams in the Service Desk and infrastructure. Prior to this, Ray worked as a Programmer Analyst at Lafarge Canada Inc. from July 2003 to March 2007. Ray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, earned between September 1999 and December 2002.
