Ashley Pak

Ashley Pak has a diverse work experience that includes roles in the hospitality industry and coaching. Ashley started their career as a Server and Guest Service Representative at Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group, LLC before moving up to Group Rooms Coordinator and Front Desk Manager. Ashley then transitioned to roles as a Barre Instructor and Coach/Instructor at [solidcore]. Most recently, they have worked at the International Coaching Federation, starting as a Content Coordinator and progressing to Education Experience Manager, Senior Manager of Learning Operations, and currently serving as the Director of Learning Operations.

Ashley Pak earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management and Hospitality Management from the University of Kentucky in 2009-2013. Ashley also obtained additional certifications including "Grammar Girl’s Quick and Dirty Tips for Better Writing" from LinkedIn in 2020 and various other training programs related to Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Learning, and customer service. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ElleBarre, CPR, ONq, and Safe Serv.
