Kathleen Lihanda - Omol serves as the Director of Social Impact and Program Director of Strategic Initiatives at the International Coaching Federation since September 2020, following experience as Regional Development Manager for EMEA. Previously, Kathleen held significant roles at the Social Enterprise Society of Kenya, focusing on policy and advocacy, and at Tangaza University College, where responsibilities included operations management and leadership coaching. Kathleen also founded My Career Identity, providing career coaching and advocacy within the education sector.
