Kellie Garrett

Kellie Garrett, PCC, ICD.D, currently serves as Director on the Board of Directors for the International Coaching Federation and has been a Sessional Instructor in the Faculty of Executive Education at Royal Roads University since May 2019, where courses on mental toughness and women's leadership are taught. As the CEO of Kellie Garrett Enterprises since December 2013, Kellie focuses on professional speaking, executive and life coaching, and consulting in strategy and governance. Previous roles include Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge, Board Member for the Mental Health Commission of Canada, and various leadership positions at Farm Credit Canada, culminating in Senior VP. Educational credentials include a Master's in Leadership & Training from Royal Roads University, an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, and a Diploma in Public Relations from Durham College.
