Neil Orvay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate training and executive coaching. As the Owner and Founder of Evolution-U, established in 2009, Neil has led a premier soft skills training provider that has benefited over 5,000 corporate executives across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Neil also serves as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, enhancing the coaching profession's standards globally. As CEO of the multi-award-winning Sense of Touch Group, Neil has overseen the success of multiple day spa locations in Hong Kong. Additionally, Neil has held leadership roles such as Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong's Angel Investment Sub-Committee and Visiting Teaching Fellow at Edinburgh Napier University. Neil's educational background includes a BSc in Accountancy and Financial Analysis from The London School of Economics, a Master’s degree in International Negotiation & Policy Making from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and advanced studies in Negotiation Theory at Harvard Law School, complemented by certification as an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer.
