Steve Weiss

Steven A. Weiss is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Coaches at the International Coaching Federation since October 2021, Weiss heads the Professional Coaches community within a leading global coaching organization. Previously, Weiss held the position of Executive Vice President of Advancement & Operations at the Finseca Foundation and served as Executive Director for the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey. As the Chief Executive Officer of Shop!, Weiss contributed to the global trade association aimed at enhancing retail environments. Other notable roles include Sr. Vice President of Global Membership, Brand & Development at the Institute of Management Accountants, and Regional Vice President at Platform Learning. Weiss began a career in collegiate athletics as a football coach before transitioning to management and development roles. Weiss holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Bucknell University and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology & Statistics from the University at Albany.
