Mike Arthur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently, Mike serves as the Country Director for the International Cocoa Initiative in Ghana, promoting social protection in cocoa-growing communities. As the CEO of ProActiviti Consult, Mike addresses organizational challenges related to fraud, governance, and internal controls, with a strong focus on training and capacity development. Mike's previous positions include Vice President at Marshalls University College, where strategic planning and governance were key responsibilities. Mike also held significant roles at SOS Children's Villages International, managing internal audits and operations for Africa and the Middle East, and establishing regional finance departments. Prior to these roles, Mike trained as a Staff Auditor at KPMG, gaining experience in diverse industries.
