Chris Joseph

Chris Joseph currently serves as the Special Advisor for Institutional Renewal and Advancement at the International College of the Cayman Islands, focusing on adapting educational offerings for emerging labor markets. Joseph leads the IT Skills Initiative, collaborating with various organizations to enhance the IT labor supply in the Cayman Islands, and coordinates the Strategic AI for Financial Services Certificate Program. Previous roles include Assistant Deputy Minister of Post-Secondary Education Renewal and Director of Aurora College Transformation with the Government of Northwest Territories, where significant educational reforms were overseen. Joseph has also worked in various capacities in research, policy management, and technology, with academic credentials including a Ph.D. in Land Administration from the University of Otago and a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Waterloo.
