Elaine Weigelt

Elaine Weigelt, MPH, currently serves as the Community Services Manager at International Community Health Services, overseeing operations for programs including School-based Health Services, the Patient Navigator Program, and Mobile Dental Services. Prior to this role, Elaine managed community outreach initiatives for the University of Pennsylvania, liaising with community partners and coordinating fieldwork experiences for MPH students. Elaine's extensive background includes positions at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a Quarantine Public Health Officer, where responsibilities involved safeguarding public health at ports of entry, and as a Public Health Associate focused on chronic disease and HIV prevention. Additionally, Elaine has experience in program evaluation, coaching, and community engagement, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington and University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
