Lucy Ayodo, SPHRi, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and organizational governance. Currently serving as a Scholar at The Simmons Advantage and a Board Member for both ARAMID CONSORTIUM USA and ICEPCARES, Lucy also holds the position of Assistant Coordinator for TIMFA USA, and is an active Committee Member for RESEARCHWORLD international conferences. Additionally, Lucy has been the School Principal at the International Community School in Ghana since August 2017. Previous roles include Director of Advancement and Head of Secondary at Brookhouse School Nairobi, as well as various leadership positions with EAST AFRICAN MODEL UNITED NATIONS EAMUN LIMITED. Lucy holds multiple educational qualifications, including an Executive Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Master of Education in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision, complemented by several pertinent certifications.
