International Consulting Associates Pvt Limited (IConsult) can be traced to the late 1980s when it started as a firm of accountants and consultants called Anjum Asim Shahid and Co. 
In 2019 Grant Thornton Consulting (Pvt.) Limited decided to expand its service provision enhancing its operating base by rebranding itself under an independent brand I-Consult and changing its name to International Consulting Associates Pvt Limited. This change enabled the organization to increase its service to include legal, taxation and technical services which were earlier restricted due to the restrictions from the Grant Thornton brand. Today ICONSULT stands as a larger and stronger organization with an experience profile to its credit of over 3 decades having completed more then 500+ assignments. It has 5 directors/partners providing leadership to the organization which has a staff of 100+ specialists in different fields working from its 4 offices in Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar & Karachi.
