Berlin Samonte

Berlin Samonte has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Manager - Global IT at ICTSI since June 2003, along with previous roles as Manager - IT Business Applications & Systems Development and Systems Development Manager. Prior to this, Berlin worked as Assistant Manager - MIS at ICTSI from 1997 to 2003 and held the position of Analyst / Programmer at Z-Data from 1993 to 1995. Berlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from AMA University, completed in 1992.
