Jason Rafael Karaan

Jason Rafael Karaan is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions and business development, currently serving as a Global Mergers & Acquisitions expert at International Container Terminal Services, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions at Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, including Associate Manager in Business Development, where responsibilities included investment analysis and project development for M&A and greenfield deals. Jason also worked at the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines, focusing on project development and financial modeling for PPP projects.
