Mark Harrington

Mark Harrington is currently a Board Member at the INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL FOR COACHING EXCELLENCE. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at UK Financial Investments LTD from July 2010 to November 2010, where they designed and agreed management principles for Team Leaders. From July 2007 to October 2008, they were a Business Process Analyst/Project Manager at Heritable Bank PLC, where they were responsible for the analysis and implementation of process changes within the Residential Lending Department, followed by project management across the Bank. From December 1999 to May 2007, they were a Senior Solutions Adviser at eg Solutions PLC, where they were responsible for the implementation of productivity and quality assurance software, including stakeholder management, coaching, training, business change and project management. From January 1999 to December 1999, they were the HR Training and Project Manager at Greig Middleton & Co. And finally, from July 1976 to December 1998, they were the Resource Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland.
