Ivana Zaja

Ivana Zaja currently serves as the ICOM Foundation and Institutional Events Coordinator at the International Council of Museums since October 2023. Previously, Ivana Zaja coordinated artists and events for the Spancirfest festival at the Office de tourism de Varazdin from 2011 to 2023, overseeing logistics and team management. Experience also includes a role as a bibliothécaire-documentaliste at the Musée du Louvre, travel agent at Bemextours, and administrative assistant at Bourse de Commerce - Pinault Collection. Ivana Zaja has a diverse background in cultural mediation and journalism, having worked with various cultural institutions and media outlets, alongside being a tourist guide in Zagreb and Varazdin. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Cultural Heritage and Museums from Université Paris 8 and a Master's degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Zagreb.
