HDV Program Lead, Latin America And India at The International Council on Clean Transportation

Oscar Delgado-Neira is an experienced professional specializing in heavy-duty vehicles, currently serving as the HDV Program Lead for Latin America and India at The International Council on Clean Transportation since May 2013.
