Rachel Muncrief is currently the Acting Executive Director at The International Council on Clean Transportation. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions within the organization, including Deputy Director and Program Director for Heavy Duty Vehicles & Compliance and Enforcement. Before joining the council, Rachel worked at the University of Houston as a Research Assistant Professor and Senior Research Engineer. Rachel holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University, an MBA from the University of Houston, and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Miami.
