Zifei Yang is the Passenger Vehicle Program Lead at The International Council on Clean Transportation, a position held since November 2012, where Zifei leads initiatives aimed at reducing air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from passenger vehicles globally. Previous roles include Senior Researcher and Researcher, focusing on fuel efficiency, fiscal policies, lightweighting, electric vehicle incentives, and emissions control. Zifei also served as a Program Associate for Passenger Vehicle and China Programs and held various internships and assistant roles at organizations such as Resources for the Future, the China Social Welfare Foundation, the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, AARP, the US EPA, and the World Wide Fund for Nature. Zifei Yang holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Xiamen University.
