Apollin KOAGNE ZOUAPET, PhD, currently serves as a Legal Officer and Special Assistant to The President at the International Court of Justice. Prior to this role, Apollin has held positions such as Postdoctoral Fellow at the Berlin-Postdam Research Group, Judicial Fellow at the Cour internationale de Justice, and Visiting Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for International, European and Regulatory Procedural law. With a strong background in international law and legal research, Apollin has also been involved in various projects related to environmental justice and human rights in Africa.
