International Criminal Court
Marina Sandul is a seasoned professional in the field of human rights and international policy, currently serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at the International Criminal Court since September 2025. Prior to this role, Marina held positions at the United Nations Human Rights as an Associate Human Rights Officer and Associate Human Rights Advisor from September 2022 to September 2025. Marina also worked as a Grants and Programme Manager at Nonviolence International New York from June 2019 to January 2022, and contributed to the European Commission's DG Migration and Home Affairs in March 2018. Earlier experience includes an internship with the United Nations OCHA as a Partnership and Coordination Intern from August 2016 to January 2017. Marina's educational background includes a Master of Science in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford, alongside previous degrees in European Policy and Law from the University of Amsterdam and Development Studies from the University of Groningen, where Marina also completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.
