Ashleigh O'Connor-Hanlon

Ashleigh O'Connor-Hanlon is a skilled development professional with extensive experience in humanitarian response and fundraising. Currently serving as a Senior Development Officer at the International Crisis Group since February 2022, Ashleigh previously held the role of Quality Assurance Manager at the Danish Refugee Council, where management of a significant funding portfolio and oversight of a team were key responsibilities. As Interim Head of Programmes, Ashleigh coordinated technical teams and fostered donor relations to explore funding opportunities. Earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Project Development Officer at ACTED, where Ashleigh advanced from intern to technical supervisor, and as a Researcher at Acasus, focusing on international fundraising for education and health projects.
