Chantel Gebhard has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over three decades. Chantel has held various roles in well-known companies such as The Kraft Heinz Company, Reckitt Benckiser, International Dehydrated Foods, and Symrise AG. Chantel'smost recent position was as Vice President of Human Resources at Symrise AG, where they began in November 2019. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at International Dehydrated Foods since July 2010. From January 2009 to July 2010, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Reckitt Benckiser. Chantel Gebhard started their career in human resources in July 1988 at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they remained until January 2009.
Chantel Gebhard holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Missouri State University. Chantel also has an MBA from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Competency Based Interviewing and Personality & Ability Assessment from SHL, as well as a certification in Targeted Selection from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
