Sarah Custer-Lalanne

Sarah Custer-Lalanne is an experienced professional in international development, currently serving as the Global WASH Director at iDE since August 2021, where leadership in WASH programming and collaboration is emphasized. Previously, Sarah was a WASH Specialist at UNICEF, managing sanitation programs in Madagascar and implementing market-based strategies. Earlier roles included consultancy positions at The World Bank and the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation, focusing on project design and impact evaluation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Development Management from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Development from McGill University.
