Vinita Kathuria

Vinita Kathuria is an experienced operations manager with extensive expertise in financial and administrative functions within various organizations. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at International Development Group LLC since May 2023, Vinita leads all aspects of financial and administrative operations for the APP project. Previously, Vinita held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab from April 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing administration functions and implementing organizational goals. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Nexant, Tetra Tech, and PA Consulting Group, focusing on office administration, event management, and logistics, along with consultancy work at Integrated Research for Action Development. Vinita's career began as an Executive Assistant at both Population Services International and Pernod Ricard. Vinita holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
