Chantal Gendron

Chantal Gendron is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and business partnership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Management Solutions at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) since June 2006, Gendron develops and monitors the organization's Talent Management Strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. In addition, as a Human Resources Business Partner since June 2016, Gendron delivers integrated HR solutions, providing leadership and strategic advice in various HR functions, including succession planning and employee relations. Prior experience includes a role as a Professional Recruiter at IG Wealth Management and as a Human Resources Recruitment Officer at TELUS. Gendron is pursuing certification as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute and holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Université du Québec en Outaouais.
