Development and Instruction

The Development and Instruction team at International Development & Resources, Inc. specializes in creating and delivering instructional materials and training programs, particularly for aviation and military applications. Team members, including various instructional developers, test pilots, mission simulator instructors, and UX/UI developers, collaborate to design and implement comprehensive training solutions for MH-60 and MH-47G helicopters, as well as Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). They ensure that civilian and military personnel receive effective, up-to-date training on flight operations, mission simulations, and systems integration.
