Sameer Pathan

Sameer Pathan is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in diabetes education and management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Medical & Digital Health Initiatives at the International Diabetes Federation since October 2014, Sameer spearheads the IDF School for Diabetes and national training initiatives, enhancing diabetes care and education for both healthcare professionals and individuals with diabetes. Prior to this role, Sameer made significant contributions at the Public Health Foundation of India, where responsibilities included coordinating national training programs for healthcare providers. Sameer holds a Master of Science in Medical Education from the University of Oxford, an Executive MBA in Leadership, Strategy, and Management from Solvay Brussels School, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management from the Indian Institutes of Public Health.
