Leo Pais

Leonardo Pais is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the sporting goods and outdoor products sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at International E-Z UP, Inc. since October 2019, Leonardo has also held significant roles including Board of Directors member at Gathr Outdoors and Operating Partner at Centre Partners Management LLC, where expertise was provided in investment assessments. Previous positions include strategic consulting for Wild Sports and Sunny Health and Fitness, and leadership roles at Bravo Sports, where Leonardo served as CEO and president for two decades. Early career roles included Co-Founder/CEO of BRAVO SPORTS S.R.L./Xerowheels Srl and various management positions at Head Tyrolia Mares and Lotto Sport Italia Spa. Leonardo holds a degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, earned between 1981 and 1987.
