Tarsha Hearns is an experienced professional in economic development, entrepreneurship, and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Ecosystems, Programs, and Center Operations at The DEC Network, Tarsha fosters an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Dallas region. With a background that includes facilitating courses for the International Economic Development Council and leading The Marketing Lady as Founder & CEO for two decades, Tarsha has empowered numerous small businesses and non-profits. Prior roles include Executive Director at LiftFund, Adjunct Professor at Dallas College and Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Local Area Expert at Constant Contact. Tarsha holds an MBA in Marketing and eBusiness from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Retail Marketing from Old Dominion University.
