Alberto Rivera

Alberto Rivera is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles, currently serving as a Junior Evaluator and Academic Records Analyst at International Education Evaluations since April 2021. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Service Team Lead at Food Lion from July 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences, managing cashier operations, and training new staff. Additionally, Alberto held the role of Treasurer for the 49er German Club at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from August 2019 to December 2020, focusing on financial management and event planning. Alberto holds a degree in Political Science and German, as well as a Certificate in Business German from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, complementing an Associate of Arts from Central Piedmont Community College.
