Nicole Heidbreder

Nicole Heidbreder, founder of DC Death Cafe, is a trainer at International End of Life Doula Association. Nicole is also the owner/founder of Gracefulfusion Birth Doula Trainings, providing birth doula training. Nicole has extensive experience in the nursing field, working as a nursing instructor at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and in various roles at different hospitals and hospice centers. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Georgetown University, a Master's degree in Administration and Management from New York University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Nicole has a background as a labor and postpartum doula in NYC as well.
