Max Harmer is an experienced culinary and operations professional with a diverse background in management and food service. Currently serving as an Assistant Operations Manager at IFS International Facilities Services since August 2020, Max has previously held significant roles including Catering Manager and Camp Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Max served as Executive Chef at Serengeti Estates and ANDREW WEIR LTD, where experience included overseeing culinary operations on a cruise ship. Max's earlier career featured positions as Senior Sous Chef at Greens Restaurant Cape Town and Felichini Group, and Chef at Wildboar Hotel. Max holds a Diploma in Management Development from Evolve, completed in October 2023, and attended Fairmont High from 1994 to 1998.
