Nicola Muir is a seasoned professional in the fields of culture, communication, and marketing with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group People and Culture Manager and Head of Culture and Communication at IFS International Facilities Services since March 2022, Nicola oversees internal and external marketing communications for IFS Africa. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at Ignition Group as Head of Culture, focusing on employee engagement and organizational culture, and Group Head of Brand Marketing, managing a full-service in-house agency. Earlier roles include Brand Communications Manager at Jonsson Group and various positions in marketing management at Globrands Investments and TBWA. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Marketing from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has completed additional studies in digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.
