Cyril Blin

Cyril Blin has a diverse range of experience in humanitarian work. Cyril is currently the Director of Programs and Operations at FIDH - International Federation for Human Rights since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Desk Manager in the Middle East for SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL from September 2017 to May 2018. Cyril also held the position of Country Director at SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL from August 2014 to July 2017. Cyril has also worked as a Safety and Security Advisor at Première Urgence - Aide Médicale Internationale from May 2014 to August 2014. Cyril has held various roles, including Country Director, at Handicap International and Solidarites International from 2010 to 2013. Cyril's work experience also includes being a Field Coordinator at Solidarites International in 2009-2010 and 2008-2009, respectively, as well as a Project Coordinator at Lepetitjournal.com from 2006 to 2008.

Cyril Blin's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques and obtained a Master's Degree in Politics, Philosophy, Communication, Political Marketing, International Law, Economy, and Sociology. Cyril completed their studies at this institution in 1997.

Following that, from 1997 to 2000, Cyril attended Université Jean Moulin, Lyon 3, where they obtained another Master's degree. This time, their field of study focused on Communication and Information System, as well as Multimedia Publishing and Publishing.

Simultaneously, between 1997 and 1999, Cyril also pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Université Louis Lumière, Lyon 2. Their major during this period was Art History, Criticism, and Conservation.
