Julia Doublait has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Julia began their career as a Press and Communications Assistant at the Consulate General of France in 2008. Julia then worked as a Legal Assistant at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in 2009. In 2010, they served as a Lawyer Assistant at the Cabinet d'avocats Bennouna & Menzel.
