Brayan Zelaya

Brayan Zelaya is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as the Regional Finance Manager for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) since September 2020, focusing on enhancing finance departments in Colombia and Honduras.
