Christian Guadagni

Christian Guadagni currently serves as the Head of Membership Services for the Americas Region at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies since September 2023. Previously, Christian held various leadership roles at the American Red Cross, culminating as the International Response and Recovery Programs Director, where oversight included managing a substantial global portfolio of disaster response operations with significant annual budgets. Christian’s extensive experience spans notable positions with organizations such as AmeriCares, the International Rescue Committee, and several roles within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy, focusing on emergency response, humanitarian programs, and coordination with international agencies. Academic credentials include a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master's degree in Human Rights and Conflict Management from Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.
