Eirik Lundblad

Eirik Lundblad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in crisis management, emergency response, and coaching. Currently serving as a speaker, trainer, coach, and consultant at Odena AS since January 2016, Eirik has delivered numerous talks on mental health in the workplace. As Managing Director at Anthonstiftelsen, Eirik oversees operations while also acting as Managing Partner of a holding company that invests in startups and social entrepreneurs. Eirik's previous roles include Team Lead for the Emergency Response Unit at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, where Eirik coordinated responses to the Ebola outbreak and managed operations in the Philippines. At BDO Norge, Eirik serves as a Senior Manager focused on crisis management, security, and emergency preparedness. Eirik has also held roles at the European Commission Humanitarian Aid Office, Vann- og avløpsetaten, and Innovation Norway. Eirik's educational background includes coaching certification from CTI Nordic and several degrees related to crisis management and emergency preparedness.
